Bobby is a native of Dublin, Ireland and to say that hospitality
is in his blood in an understatement. With years of bartending
experience, Bobby is uniquely qualified to hire, schedule
and coordinate all the professional waiters you see at Mindy's
events. It is no coincidence that our staff is often the most
highly-complimented aspect of a party. Mindy's has a core
group of long-term independent contractor waiters who really
are the final key to meeting our client's needs and ensuring
the success of an event. The catering market is very competitive
in Washington and this includes being able to hire the best
of the best in event staff on a moments notice. Bobby maintains
constant contact with all our waiters to ensure their loyalty
and works to match the best personalities and staff to each
client.
Our corporate clients know Bobby as the face of Mindy's Catering, delivering many of the breakfast and lunch orders. You would be surprised to think that a client would request a specific delivery person but for some reason, the Irish charm seems to be in demand! Bobby also makes sure that all events have the necessary equipment and supplies. When you see us turn a garage into a full working kitchen, you will know that Bobby's planning and packing is behind it all.
Bobby is an avid golfer and is already trying to teach his
six-year old son to compete on the links.
