In a business full of creative ideas and artistic menus, someone has to be the numbers mind! Silvia keeps the operations humming and has been with Mindy's Catering since 1999, upon completion of her Certificate in Accounting. Silvia worked with Johns Hopkins from 1987 to 1999, handling many tasks from customer service, mail room operation, account reconciliation and office organization. Now she handles billing, receivables, payroll services, insurance and all the other busy business details of Mindy's Catering. Silvia is the wife of Executive Chef Fredy Robles, and keeps her self busy in her "spare" time raising their three children!
